    My first trip to Sparky's was to arrange a transfer. He quoted a price of $25. My second trip was to pick up the rifle. The cost for the transfer was $40. The reason given was "Mausers cost more." Can't tell you much about Sparky's, as there was no third trip!

    I am familiar with the benefits of the C&R license, but there is a little voice in the back of my mind that keeps telling me that our enlightened leaders here in the socialist state must have found a way to at least blunt those benefits, if not negate them entirely. Is the C&R as good a deal...
