I’ve got several deactivated 1903 and 1903a3’s. My FFL-03 was required to obtain from out of state, but I did not “register” via the efa-10 portal. If I should choose to reactivate them, then I would enter into the portal.

Oh, and if I were to disassemble them, then I would log them out of my bound book.
