I have an opportunity to by SIG SAUER® 1911 C3.
any of you guys had any experience with 1911 made by Sig? is it really worth the money?
i own S&W 1911 full size and i love this pistol i would love to carry it but its bit big but SIG SAUER® 1911 C3 answer.
what you guys think of this.
Thanks in advance.

I prefer the M&P style for a small carry pistol. I just don't see any advantage to a micro sized 1911. Why have to search for the safety on a small pistol that is not all that easy to handle?

I tried to carry Glock 26,27,30 and even HK USP 45 but these are feels to bulky and too fat, where single stack 1911 is very slim and good for CC in the summer time. In the winter i'll carry my Desert Eagle .50 or HK Mark23 [laugh2]

It has a 4 1/4" barrel, on an officer's size frame. It is thus very similar to my two Kimber Compacts, and they are not in any way hard to handle. When I took SigArms Concealed Carry and Advanced Concealed Carry, I used by steel-framed Kimber Compact. It really doesn't have much more recoil than my full-sized 1911s.

My aluminum framed Kimber Compact does have more noticeable recoil, but I would say that it is less than my Glock 23.

And I don't ever have to "search for the safety" on my 1911s -- the safety falls naturally under my thumb.
