First extensive shooting of the PP. 35-40 feet, PPU 71gr JHP and FMJ. Identical specs....which I can’t remember right now....900/128? 2 magazines at 3 targets JHP. No misfeeds, best group the last target. Fingerless mag shoots high.

FMJ ball. 4 magazines/4 Magazines +6/4 magazines. Compensated for the finger-less magazine. One stovepipe/misfeed tie on magazine 13 of 19 Total. Did well on the 42 round middle target and got tired on the last one.

SWC is the Buffalo Bore carry round. 75/1100/220 (= normal .38 special load). The unshot bright case is Speer JHP 60gr., saved for another day.

Sweet, sweet pistol.

Nice Walther. I have never tried JHP before in one. Great to know that you didn't have feed problems.

My 32s love Speer Gold Dot. I switched to a SWC slug for maximum power that equals a .380/.38 special so a 32 is no longer “under powered.”

Chambering the first JHP has a slight stick (very narrow tip), but functions fine. Misfeed was with a ball round that I loaded standing down range.

I’ve read that the 32 PPU JHP rarely expand...but for that they are, they function as a mini SWC which is better than ball ammo.
