Mac was DQ’d for shooting prone from the 50 yard line. I was DQ’d after being tested for PED’s. Hope it wasn’t same stuff Lance Armstrong was taking...

You give me more credit tban i deserve I shot at 16 yards!
plus I only shoot for trinkets that fit in my "ammo" box

I bow out of the prize pool. my 100/5x was shot prone @100 but with the wrong target basically the 50 yard pistol target which is darn close to a SR1 but with a slightly larger X ring. I have a ton of them and they are 50 years old. I need to use then up before they dissolve

I suppose now is a good time to post my 99/3x from 3 weekends ago. Me and OMFG got out after a weekend of 1919a4 building for some M1 Garand action. I didn’t post it because I thought Macs 100/5x was the top score and I didn’t beat it.

This was shot with my CMP Springfield Armory M1 Garand that I shot the 97/4x with.



That rifle is something else. Not only does it shoot well, but it’s way easier to clean than any of my other rifles for some reason. Probably 3 or four swabs with Hoppes and a few of JB Non-embedding bore compound, and she’s clean as a whistle.

I'm getting home sick here in Indy and it's supposed to be in the 50's this weekend!

No snow in sight past 9am here, but it does flurry a little in the dark hours.
