I’m guessing they will be cleaner lead wise. Powder Fouling seems to always be present with 22s but powder coating and hi-tek coating are very well proven methods to keep leading out of your barrel. Not sure they’re worth it vs running a brush down the bore from time to time but I bet they are clean.
