I have to ask , what are you getting for no wind group sizes with these rifles right now?
Does either rifle have a match chamber?

I have shot a shot ton of 22lr from cheap steel case to tenex

What you get from the higher end 22lr is more consistent priming , case length, rim thickness, bullet dia OAL.
