Just curious,.... I'm not looking to stir the pot.
I came across a non-gun store that had 30 rnd mags for sale for AR's. Some said not pre-ban & others were clearly post ban. Is that ok to sell? AGAIN,... Not stiring up shit just want to know before I purchase them....

Some clearly say Stag Arms ( in biz since 01?). Plus some are in plastic bags labeled "non pre ban".
I asked the guy if they were legal & got a little pissed and said they are fine...

OK,if you live in MA.and know that you can't own post-ban HI-CAP mags.Why would you ask if it's ok to re-sell them?
Your best bet if your going to do that is buy some soap on a rope,you might need it.

When did I ever mention re-selling anything? I asked the sales man if he thought they were legal to sell, kind of as a hint,... You Can't! Please read the context & not make this more than what it is.
