338 Lapua rifle made for man in wheelchair

There is a gentleman who has been posting in one of the FB groups I follow of his father and him designing/manufacturing a rifle so he can shoot. From what I gather, it looks like he is quadriplegic. Unfortunately his story is picture and text heavy, so I won't share it in entirety but here is a link for those who are still on FB:

I hope whoever built the gun didn’t build that black pipe frame for it.
That’s super Mikey mouse. Figure whoever made that nice rifle could have come up
with some steel tubing. All those BP fittings look like hell.
 
I'm sure version two will have welded chrome moly tube or something pretty, maybe a shock to deal with recoil a bit? If you read the text you can tell its a WIP. This is awesome, IMO.
