Only fools will attack in daylight, only fools won't be dodging, going prone,using cover, firing back, using smoke, dust, precipitation, etc to obscure your vision, using "armored" (sandbags, etc) vehicles as "rolling cover", etc. You won't be able to score better than 5% hits on such targets, at 400 lousy yds, with any load, rifle, sight, or any shooter that ever lived. So the .50 is bs, and any time, money, and effort spent on is is just wasted. The only target worthy of a .50 is a liquid fueled rocket, at the instant of launch. One hole in the fuel tank =meltdown on the pad.
