5D tactiCal jig question

On my 5D Tactical jig Pro, the ready mill shaft appears to have expanded during use, and is now stuck in the router adapter plate that rides on the fixture. Has anyone else had this problem?

Sounds like you might have gotten a slither of metal between the bit and bearing guide plate?

I took it off the router and cleaned it with emery paper. Appears to be working fine now. Also, I noticed that the adapter plate was not centered around the shaft of the cutter . I fixed that and it seems better.
