7/20/16 question

So I have a few lowers I bought prior to 7/20.
Is a receipt enough proof I owned them or did I need to fa10 them prior to 7/20 to be able to build them into rifles?

I suggest reading the FAQ and FOIA info the AGO released. Print out the pertinent info and attach it to your receipt.
