80% lower "flow chart"

There used to be a simple flow chart up on CT States web portal showing that if you purchased an 80% lower before a specific date, it was grandfathered in. If anyone comes across it would you be kind enough to throw up the link here? I looked for it again this evening with no luck. Thanks...

Do you have a link to the group page? tried searching Facebook for CCDL and got 5 different groups.

It was on the CT dept of public safety web site before they passed the new law. It basically said that if purchased and built prior to Oct 2019 they (80% lowers)were grandfathered in and did not have to be registered unless you wanted to sell the firearm. I should look into how to use the "wayback" web site...in regards to finding the now deleted page.
