Not that local, but you are welcome to come roll your own. You'll have to bring small pistol primers though.
I have plenty of brass and 95gr, 100gr, 115gr and 124gr FMJ bullets.
Live-fire onsite.

I'm serious about you providing primers. I'm about out and I am not going to buy SP primers at $100 or more a brick (just yet).
You will be making your own hand loads.
