Maybe, but I downloaded it and looked at it frame by frame. In one frame. the guy is holding the RPG, in the next frame, he enlarges about 20% and gets blurry (a faked frame to set up the next one) and in the next frame, it's white with a tiny bit of shadow, then pandemonium, then a smoky outline of the ayatollah.

It's also Russian in origin.

I call shenanigans.
