A way to get PSA products in MA?

I just ran out of people I know who live in RI. He used to let me ship stuff to his house from PSA. While wondering how I can get an AR upper I want, I had an idea. What if I shipped to an RI (or any other state) address, and then rerouted my shipment via my UPS account?

Anyone ever tried this? Seems kinda risky like if the address change doesn’t actually go through and someone gets a free upper haha

Ship to the UPS Store in Salem NH. Done.
I’ve done this with ammo, gun parts etc. They’re supposed to charge a $5 fee but they never asked me for it the last few times. No heads up needed and you don’t even need a UPS account

I do. However if PSA doesn’t ship if the billing is in MA, you can try putting the Salem NH address for the billing and see if it goes through. Some credit card processors with certain vendors don’t check it while some do. I know when I used to buy a ton from Natchez shooters supply their credit card processor didn’t care if I used the Salem NH address for my billing.

He may need to fully spoof the vendor though, PSA is retarded enough that they would still block if they found out he's in MA. It's not that difficult if he uses the UPS store as a verified on file address with his CC co. Then the bill/ship to is the same. There might be alternative payment schemes that also can be used to circumvent this... like using a disposable CC card and "register" it to a non MA address.

PSA is retarded and gay enough that they would deny the sale if they ever found out. Personally I don't bother with this kind of BS and I just use a mid-level local vendors that don't care. There are plenty of guys at the Mill and also gun shops that build out AR type rifles that are all over New England they can get you equivalent uppers/parts at competitive prices. Or even gunbroker. I found a lot of good vendors on Gun Broker simply by looking them up the old-fashioned way and giving them a call on the phone. Many of these vendors will not blink an eye about sending any upper you want into mass.

This is one of the retro ones and I already have the lower so I figured I’d get the best match by buying from them again. But yes when my friend lived in RI the privacy card worked. Just put in his address and my name or any fake name and no issues. Also don’t have to worry about your card getting compromised.

At least two of my cards let you create an additional "approved" address for billing address checking.
