I haven't owned a Ruger 10/22 in a few years. I am assuming for us in MA were hosed on this product but for the rest of you enjoy for only $99.00.

That does look cool. My taste runs more toward the Mannlicher stocked International (I plan to get that to replace my 10/22 when my kids take it away from me), but that just looks fun. Sometimes you just need to giggle, and that probably has a heck of a giggle factor.
