Any one have a Cavalry Arms lower?

If it's in .223/5.56, should be this:

Close but....

The center is wider for grease gun mags.
I'm thinking of saving 2-300$ on a Cncguns ar lower or a bazooka brothers .

I want the measurements so I can mod a normal lower and add thin plates to be able to widen it. Buy the mag block and not have to deal with a poly lower with a fixed butt stock.

I'm thinking two thin plates welded and bonded with Devcon.

Well you left ALL that info out of the OP... We're not psychic you know... You ask about a lower but don't specify what caliber. It also would have helped if you linked to the actual lower you were talking about.

OP FAIL!

There's a few people on this site. That have them . They only make the one lower . Most use it for .223/5.56 .
It was needed really . If you have one of these lowers you'd know why I wanted the dims.

I have two. One in 9mm with a Hahn "cav arms" 9mm mag block, and another in 6.8spc.

Dimensions I don't know off hand, you could always call or email Hahn Precision and ask them, they are easy to reach and very willing to help.

I sent them an email one night and the owner responded at 2am.

Try Hahn for precise measurements.

OP fail? uh, no. If you knew anything, anything at all about what the OP was asking about - a Cav Arms lower, you would instantly know that the magwell dimensions are much larger than the typical "mil std" magwell opening.

The main dimension I need is how far forward is it wider.(going towards the front take down pin.
I planned on buying the Hahn grease gun block so I'd know the width and rear dim.

Ben,

I don't know if you saw my light weight AR that I built. Its built on a GWACS/ Cav Arms lower.

PM me. I got some lowers cheap a year or so ago. I'll sell you one for a very good price.

If yo uwant to look at one, lets coordinate for my next trip to MRA. I'll bring my lightweight AR. You can poke and prod and measure it. I've been very happy with it.

I'm planning to go tomorrow night after 8.

Thanks for the offer I'll let you know tomorrow . I need to check my gas block is in the right spot with my psl any ways. Might have a date lol .

Thanks for the offer to sell me one . A cav or a normal metal one ? I plan to make my own slide fire stock . Other wise I'd just bought one by now.
There pretty easy to make. I'm thinking of using a wood buttstock and hand guard .
Kinda like a throw back to a tommy gun.

Just being a dick to Ben, like most NESers.

I for one vote on Steyr's advice. And I want to shoot it once completed.
