Anyone a member at Westford Sportsman's Club?

Just wanted some input on how the club is and would you recommend it.

Me and my friend is looking to join a club and we came across westford and we just wanted to Info on it.

What are you looking to do? Westford has a little bit of everything. It's definitely a Sportmans' club more than a straight gun club. The ranges aren't the biggest around but if you want to shoot, hunt, clays, fish, archery, its all there. The people are friendly and the dues are reasonable.

Does the club let people go there and check it out before they decide if they want to join the club?

They run an open house once a year, this year it was in October. What areas are of interest (outdoor rifle & pistol range, indoor range, bullseye pistol, fishing pond, hunting preserve, trap, sporting clays)? We could probably find someone to meet up and show you around. My experience is mostly involved with the outdoor rifle/pistol range, indoor range, and bullseye pistol.

as of right now me and my friend are looking for a place to shot indoors with our pistols and he has a rifle that would have to be shot outside... so right now the interests are indoor pistol and outdoor rifle and pistol. never shot trap or sporting clay would like to try it out and learn it.... If someone can show us around and maybe if we like it sponser us.

I was a member a couple of years ago. At that time the board would sponsor you if you didn't know any current members.
