I saw the sign for this club on my way home the other day and thought it might be a convenient place for me to get some after work shooting done. Any members here? How is the club?

Take a spin up there this weekend. Monday night is their meeting, and I'm sure you'll find a sponsor. Once you get a sponsor, your sponsor stands up at the meeting and introduces you and you tell a little about yourself, what kind of sporting stuff you like, and then you're in. Otherwise, you'll have to wait another month. Plus ASC is closer to you than Century (I think).

I"m not a member but I've been to the club. They are very into fishing, ice fishing ,and archery. The tour I got minimalized the shooting range. They do have camping and swimming. They were raising a bunch of pheasant when I was out there. It was too far for me to travel but it seemed like a decent place with an active membership.

This sounds a little like Auburn Sportsman's as well, though ASC also does Women on Target and plenty of trap events.

Unlike the auburn Sportsmans club the century Sportsmans club has a limit of 100 members. The nice part of that is the range is often empty and no "fuddery" rules (I hope I used that term correctly) nice place to show up, shoot and leave without anyone bothering you.
The club has one 100ish yard range that gets used for pistols, rifles, shotguns and whatever else you want to shoot down range.
In addition to the range the club offers a private stocked pond with a beach, a campground, 3d archery course, tomahawk area, club house with hall, kitchen and members room. They also raise pheasants.
Because they have a 100 member cap it is a working club and members are assigned to a committee and must work a minimum of 100 hours a year.
Typically new members get sponsored by members however that is not mandatory. If you're interested show up at an event or a meeting on the first and third Wednesday of every month 7pm and introduce yourself.

Century is still limited at 100 members, however currently the membership is under 100 members.
