Has anyone availed themselves of this service? How does it compare to other trigger jobs by e.g. Greg Derr, etc.?

At a hundred eighty bucks, it seems like a relative bargain.

Complete waste of time to have Sig do it when someone like Lou @ BEC or Greg Derr can do it, do it to your spec, and -probably- for less money than that.

I sent my 229 in to have them fix sites (warranty covered it), and asked about some trigger work. did an action enhancement and installed the SRT. total waste of money.

A friend had an expensive trigger job done by a west coast gunsmith which was nothing but trouble. FTFs/light hits despite at least one trip back to the GS. He sent the SIG (P 226/40) to the SIG Custom Shop and the problem was solved. He is delighted with his new trigger job.

I have had most of my Sigs done there. They do great work and it is all done by factory techs so all warrantee and liability issues are covered. I have heard that Grey guns does good work, but they have a LONG wait and are 2=3x more expensive
