The muzzle device on a 308 build I have needs more torque to time correctly than I'm willing to subject the index pin to. Tried a non marring barrel vice and the barrel just spins.
I really don't want to spend $200 on a reaction rod for one time use. If someone has one they would be willing to lend me, or I would also be willing to pay a fee to "rent" it.
