I've got a 6.5C B-14 HMR, and have had a really good experience with it.  The positives, and so far there are only positives:

1.  I love the HMR stock.  It's rigid and comfortable when shooting from the bench.  These stocks regularly sell for $300+ on eBay if you don't like yours. If you decide to sell it, keep me in mind because I want to pick up a .223 Ridge SP and turn it into an mini HMR.

2.  Rail was included.

3.  Extended bolt knob included.

4.  The action on mine is as smooth as my Tikka T3x.  Bolt lift requires much less effort than other rifles - with the exception of the Tikka.  Feeding is so smooth, it's sometimes tough to feel it even picking up a round.

5.  The barrel is a heavier profile than many hunting rifles, including the T3x.

6.  Great accuracy!  With decent ammo or handloads, this thing can shoot!  Bergara promises 1 MOA and I'd say mine is closer to .6MOA if I do my part.

7.  The mag seating is as smooth as the action.  The AICS mags just lock into place with no effort.

8.  The only issue I've had is the rail had the wrong sized screws when I bought it.  (They were for the Premier Pro version.)  I called Bergara and they sent me an entire new rail with hardware rather than just updating the screws.  I like that kind of service.

I love my Tikka, but for the money, the HMR comes from the factory with a lot of features that I'd have to add on anyway.
