Got some of this a little while ago. I've never heard of it nor ran it before. It's called maxxtech, looks to be made by Tula. Brass case marked Bosnia and Herzegovina. 115 grain ball Target ammo. Berdan primed.

There's not much of anything for reviews about it. I saw a couple random Forum posts from a reloading forum that said it is pretty bad. I'm obviously using Factory loads just for target practice. Has anybody had any experience with this?

I shot tons of this stuff back when Walmart sold it and before I started reloading.
It works just fine. Though if you have any plans on reloading, Maxxtech brass has a "step" inside the case which can cause problems when seating the bullet. Not to mention I think the case capacity/volume is smaller which is problematic with load data that was developed using normal brass.
Long story short - scrap the brass.

I have some of it still around... but back when WM sold it in plastic cans, which I hated because they seemed to take up more room stacking them

Shot a lot of it when Walmart had it. As said, dirty but no issues in over 1k rounds but this one... I’d still buy it.
