Anyone know where I can buy firearm components for custom builds?

I am trying to do my first complete custom competition build. I have done over 10 AR-15 builds and now I am looking to build a Rimfire competition rifle on a Ruger 10/22 platform, and then a bolt action .17HMR build.

I am looking for a good website or local business to find, browse and purchase the following:
-complete Actions
-stocks
-Barrels
-quality aftermarket performance internal parts (springs pins etc)
-accessories

I know of a few sites where I can find these parts, but I want to check out everything I can before purchasing anything.
The stock and receiver and action for the bolt action .17HMR will need to be left handed.

I am also open to hearing any advice or tips from those who have done competiton builds. Must be CT legal *sad face*.

have you checked out rimfirecentraldotcom? that's where I head for all things rimfire related
 
+1 for Tactical Solutions. Last year's Ruger Rimfire Nationals four of the top five were using TS (either 10/22 setups or AR uppers). I'm got two 10/22 setups, one on a Ruger receiver and one on their X-Ring. Amazing setups. I've also got a Ruger MkIII with a TS upper and a TS barrel on my Browning. Defintiely worth the money.

Also, you really should check out RimfireCentral.com - Rimfire Community!. They'll cover everything you need to know.
