Appeals Court Rules Concealed Carry Not Constitutionally Protected.

"In light of our nation's extensive practice of restricting citizen's freedom to carry firearms in a concealed manner, we hold that this activity does not fall within the scope of the Second Amendment's protections," the judges ruled."

That's some circular logic if I've ever seen some. [rolleyes]

So, if concealed carry is unconstitutional, then, therefore, open carry is perfectly constitutional. Those are the only 2 ways to transport a firearm, correct?

Tha 2A puts no stipulation on how one must bear their arms.
The judges decision is unconstitutional.

Let's all applaud the (liberal) media....they have succeeded in their goal thus far: to scare the sh*t out of the the average American citizen and make them believe that firearms are evil.
