The only law that has legal standing that you need to comply with if you shall choose is the 1998 AWB which you have already complied with.

True, in Mass, we have been under an AWB since 1994 with the Federal AWB. I mentioned 1998, because an revised MA version of the Federal AWB was signed into permanent MA law in 1998, which differs from the Federal AWB in a couple instances.
