ar-15 quad rail

If you don't want free floating those should be fine. As for ones that are free floating, the YHM are hard to beat for the price unless you need the absolutely lightest ones available.

I have no experience with the one you linked. First decide if you want free float or not. Then decide how much rail space you need. There are a lot of options out there that replace the standard handguards and allow rail space to be added (Magpul MOE is a very cost-effective option). Unless you want to mount optics on the fore-end rails, I would look hard at the MOE handguards. You get a lot of flexibility for the money.

For a floated quad-rail, check out the Omega rail (easy install). Also look at LaRue (harder to install, but very nice).

I was not looking for a free-float. the longest distance i would be shooting this rifle is 200 yards and did not think a free float would be justified. I did look at the Magpul but wanted a quad rail for optics and other toys.

I have one.. I like it for the most part. I only have two complaints.
- It is a *bit* heavy.. but it is on a very light rifle so it may seem worse than it really is. I ended up getting rid of the bulky rail covers that came with it and replaced it with light rail ladders.
- It does not line up 100% with my upper receiver rail.. but that is just me being picky (I would be surprised if any of them did).

All in all.. it is very solid and worth the money; I am not disappointed with mine.
One got-ya on install.. the front part goes OVER the guard retainer, not UNDER.

The UTG will work, but it is heavy. It will work. I changed out the free-float UTG version after 6-months for the very pricey-but-lighter-and-with-a-bridge-to-the-flattop Daniels Defense quad.
