Yup, braces are GTG again... And yup, its a pistol, not an SBR, no paperwork required.

My thought is maybe I will make an AR-9 Pistol AND an AR 5.56 Pistol...

I probably can legally swap all my SBR uppers around between the 9 and 5.56 SBR I have AND if I do both the pistols... So two uppers 4 guns... (until I get more uppers lol)

One caution. Original definition of lower on 4473 can be important.

Pistols can be made into rifles and unmade.

Rifles cannot be made into pistols.

I do not know about “others”.

It’s only the upper being changed.

So I get your point 100%

This is 4 lowers with 2 uppers.

The 2 rifle lowers are legit stamped SBR’s

I’d only be swapping the uppers.

The 2 pistol lowers have never been anything and will be born as pistols

Actually, I do need to say I had to think about this after the 'incident' next door and I had cops coming into my house throughout the night. Is that thing legal? Is it hidden well enough? It's bad enough that bitch got my house shot up, if she got me into hot water saving her kids from seeing a dead cop and dad, I was going to be pissed.

It depends. It’s not an SBR if you put an upper on it that’s not an SBR and when you get there, you’re probably done f***ed up if you make an sbr again It’s not that hard to cross state lines legally.
