AR Upper Sight In

If you had several AR uppers and lowers, and sighted all the uppers on one lower, would expect that the uppers could then be put on any of the lowers and still maintain their zero?

If not, why?

The only thing that will affect your upper 's 0's is possibly different stocks. Length and styles.
more of a affect on accuracy?
I have a A1 stock on my rifle it gets me my eye right up to the peep sight. Nose up to chargeing handle. I get the most consistant groups this way. When I use a pinned stock or a A2 I cant get a good cheek weld right up close to the rear peep like the A1.
Same upper shoots lower with A2.
