Article: SEN. TIM KAINE PUSHING BILL TO MAKE ‘GUN SELLERS’ CRIMINALLY LIABLE FOR MISU

Tim Kaine should also make the Pope criminally liable for misuse of religion and the NYT criminally liable for misuse of speech while he's at it. Flipping idiot

Good, glad that all those car dealerships can be responsible for that drunk driver that killed that family......................... wait, it doesn't work that way?

If this ever passed it would open the door to go down that road...

Politicians that introduce these bills should be tarred and feathered at the very least. They are enemies of the people and in violation of their oath to uphold the COTUS.

The Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act was passed by the US Senate on July 29, 2005, by a vote of 65-31. On October 20, 2005, it was passed by the House 283 in favor and 144 opposed. It was signed into law on October 26, 2005, by President George W. Bush.

The law protects both manufacturers and dealers.

The PLCAA is codified at 15 U.S.C. §§ 7901-7903.

So he can submit all the bills he wants. Until he gets the PLCAA repealed he is SOL.

...or the conflicting laws just need to land on the bench of a liberal activist judge....

I would like to know when the politicians that voted for gun free zones and other victim disarmament bills which have contributed to the loss of many innocent lives are held liable for their actions.
