Howdy.
They're still open; however most of the time there's no one there to answer the phone. You might try Southborough Rod and Gun club or MFS in Holliston, depending on what you're looking for. Both have websites and/or email addresses that are reachable.

Hopkinton Sportsmens and Southboro are both member operated clubs, self service, mixture of indoor & outdoor ranges.
MFS is a commercial operation, indoor only and, at present, not open 24x7. It is by far cleanest (I'm referring to lack of dirt and clean restrooms, not integrity - no known problems at any of the ranges I mentioned in that regard).
Any of these three will serve you well. Which one is better for you personally really depends on your personal preference.
I have not seen the Ashland F&G range, but I think it's indoor only and minimal (may be .22 only, not certain)

Ashland does have a 24/7 indoor range. Restricted to pistol only. Mostly a bar room but if you just want a place to shoot at night it may be worth it. I would recommend hopkinton sportsmanship ass. I'm not a member at either so it is an unbiased recommendation.
