Thanks for the update. I think I'm going with none of this affects me as I haven't gotten a letter informing me that something I have owned for years is a problem and trying to read, understand or get clarification on this law is harder than getting to talk to a person at the IRS.

I have way too much going on in my life to obsess of some edict written by people that can't define certain words within the law.
