Baby Eagle or Jericho 941FS xfer

Soooo, now I've got my eye on a Jericho 941F or FS, or a Baby Eagle. Can these be transferred to MA? I thought I had a handle on the rules, but I'm sure I don't, and I'm not finding anything in searches.

If it’s out of state you’re most likely shite out of luck unless you can find an FFL that will do the transfer for you.

If it’s in state just do an EFA-10 between the two of you

I love my baby eagle 9mm and I think I got it from a dealer years ago with 10 rounders
