For sale is a barreled 16 inch upper with all MA compliance work done to it. Pinned welded brake and lug cut off. Comes exactly as pictured. No charging handle or BCG. Probably 1,000 rounds through it. PSA Freedom barrel 1:7, 556 NATO chambered. Would trade for 10.5 or 11.5 upper.
