Had the slide and controls done in Patriot Brown Cerakote.
VZ Operator II Hyena Brown slim grips with turbo screws.

Looks good. I have some VZ grips I just put on my SR1911, and I love them. Grips and cerakote go very well together, which I am sure is what you we're going for. I like it better than stock. Good choices.
 
All these guns that are being cerakoted aorund here, really make me want to cerakote something. [laugh] Just not sure what.

Not sure how rough those grips are, but mine are pretty rough, and I love them. Gives you a really nice tight grip on the gun. I liked the stock Ruger ones, but these ones are amazing. I have the VZ Operators II

Thats hot. I like mine in the original scheme but something else perhaps......Lou, that Norinco we talked about Monday night...wadaya think, huh? Very nice AndyP, and if you don't mind, I'd like to download the photos to my archive of 1911s for personal use only
