Beretta 92G OK in MA?

I've been toying with the idea of a Wilson 92G. I know Four Seasons had regular 92G's a few months back, but when I checked the approved roster, they only have 92FS on the list. Can anyone offer any insight or if anyone in MA has the Wilson 92G?

Im sure you can find an FFL to txfer it for you. I have a 92G from four seasons and I love it....the decocker only is they way all 92's should be.

Maybe FS will order one for me. I don't even care about the mags. Maybe Wilson can shave some $$ selling it without the mags.

Doesn't matter if its on the list or not if a MA FFL will sell it to you, or if you buy it FTF from a non FFL. Its not illegal to own a gun that's not on the roster. That's for FFL's to worry about.

Of course you need to follow the silly laws like no post ban hi-cap mags.

But otherwise good to go.

No matter what it is, this is what you have to do.

There are some MA Dealers who will not transfer in guns that ARE on the EOPS List, because they want you to buy from them!

There are some MA Dealers who will not transfer in any Glocks, etc. just because!

There are some MA Dealers who will not transfer in frames/lowers just because!

So no matter what, the dealer is the final arbiter of what you can obtain from outside MA, just ask around.
