Hi there, I have a question regarding the recoil of a Beretta Cougar.

I've read about the rotating action that is supposed to cause less than normal recoil. However on the Stoeger website, I saw a video of a guy shooting a Cougar and it looked like it was kicking like a freagin' mule.

Can anyone with experience in shooting a 9mm Cougar tell me how the recoil compares to other mid sized 9mm's (for example a Glock 19)? I'm very interested in buying a Cougar, but after watching that video... it looks like I'd be shooting a .44 mag in disguise...

Thanks [wink]

To me it is less recoil than most because of the design. It's a Great gun and if you're local I would be happy to meet you somewhere to try it out.

It might help you to know that this guy posted this back in 2010 and he hasn't even logged in here since this past June. [laugh]

Holy necrobump... hardly a record, though.
