Best Garand mold and load?

I run a 200 grain sized to .309 gas checked lubed with 2500.
I use Hodgdons instructions for reduced loads with H4895.
Im at a stand still with that project. My accuracy started to drop once I approached powder charges that cycled 100%
Im not sure whats going on. Dont know if I need a harder alloy , different bullet or what?
I might try a lighter bullet with a different bullet profile at some point.
Now if you dont mind running the garand manually i run a 160 grain cast flat nose at around 1600fps with 2400 that shoots well

Try some of Norm's coated bullets. At his prices it's not worth firing up the furnace.
He has a 170g and 200g gas-checked bullet. I'm guessing the 170g is an RCBS mold.
Per 100 Cast and Coated
30 cal Rifle - 150gr GCFP $10.35 $10.60

30 Cal Rifle – 170gr GCSil $10.85 $11.10

30 cal Rifle – 180gr GCFP $11.15 $11.40

30 cal Rifle – 200gr GCSP $11.80 $12.05

I really dig his 170 gr bullets. Great accuracy so far.
