"Plan" is an interesting choice of terms since I explicitly said this was not a plan or real world advice and anyone that wanted to post could change the tax stamp structure to something else.

But good to know I can post under any "if you had to pick one gun" or "if you were in a fire and could save one rifle..." thread decrying it as a psyop since this is effectively glorified pastiche of that concept with a few added tweaks.
