After waiting over six weeks I finally got my big dot sights today. So like a kid at christmas I had to run down stairs and install them. They look great and I love the tritium. I need to zero it and I am ready to rock. What do you think. The last picture is of the front sight in pitch black.

I don't find them to be any quicker at a shorter distance, and way less accurate than traditional sight setups at a farther distance. YMMV of course, but I'm gonna give them another couple tries before taking them out.

I agree. Speed will come with practice, not a "super sight".

I like them alot. I have shitty eyes, so quick, repeatable acquisition of the front sight can be tough for me. I am also cross dominant. I like the wide v shape of the rear sight, it helps me focus on the front sight much easier. I find them to be very accurate, but like anything it is all about practice, and using the lollipop the same way every time.
