Doesn't matter at all even if the manufacturer is f***ing retarded it should still fall under the substantially similar clause. Regardless there's little to no chance of somebody getting whacked for this so sucking for compliant garbage is kind of pointless. Like I don't know why somebody would really want a broken gun out of the box if they can just drive around it.
