Should be Yugo 15 rounds with on strippers made in Nov 1951, metal jacket and I think the cep. 33/50 is the powder lot & year

that's Serbian for "rifle shot with heavy bullet"

gunpowder "PB" series 33/50, looks like made in 11th month of 1951

"барут" is gunpowder ... I don't speak Serbian, just typed in Cyrillic into translator

So "Beirut" Lebanon litteraly means Gunpowder. Makes total sense.
