Brand New Mark 3 - Mag, Trigger and Bolt Frozen! Advise welcome.

Just bought a brand new Ruger mark 3. Shot about 25 rounds through it. The mags were not dropping out very cleanly, thought it was just "newness". The last few rounds the trigger wasn't resetting consistently well. Then all of a sudden the trigger wouldn't reset at all, the mag is completely stuck (release button won't release it) and the bolt won't open.

So so so disappointed! Any advise or prior experience welcome, please. I'm a new shooter. Taking it back to the shop today, hopefully it will work out smoothly.

The internal lock most likely backed itself out and jammed up the works.
