Built in my Basement 1911...(Pics)

I still would like to get an idea as others have asked...if you don't mind...how much you have invested in the pistol (not the tools to get there, just the parts)?

Pride has it's value but I'm not that well healed. If I were to build my own I'd do it for the experience, to be able to show it off and hope to save a few bucks. I would hope that I would have (if I did it right) a better 1911 at a better price than your average 1911.

By the way...Awesome! It is beyond me that someone built that in his basement!!! Just AWESOME!
