bump question

i know you are not supposed to bump a for sale add for 7 days
but what about if i'm dropping the price
can that be bumped, or still 7 day wait

Nope, you still have to wait 7 days. You can drop the price (or make any other change) by editing the original post, but a pre-7 day bump is a no-no.
