What you see is what you get, I can't remember if it came with any screws, but I believe it is just plug and play with the original stock hardware. Pretty sure it had a plastic thing to keep the stock "pinned", but I took that off when I got it, easy to pin it if that's what you want to do.
$200 FTF Central MA area, I'll travel a little bit to meet. Too big to ship and I wouldn't ship anything this time of year anyways.
