I am aware of the sticky thread discouraging folks from participating at gun buybacks in any fashion. And I'm in agreement with it.

In the linked video, NuanceBro is with a group standing near a gun buyback, purchasing guns at a slightly better rate than the PD is paying. I'm curious what the NES brain trust thinks of this idea, and I'm wondering if it is something that we could emulate here in occupied territory.

That would involve poking the bear. While I admire those willing to do so, I’m not likely to join in.
