Steel Core Armor Piercing Rounds, hence the green tip

The green tip looks like a plastic insert. I thought they might be a light armor piercing, but wasnt sure. A google search didnt turn up much for me. They are definitely not blanks, I popped a few off already and they punch holes at 50 ft.

They remind me of Glaser safety slugs, they had a blue plastic tip with frangible material in it. They appear to be a JHP with something in it just like the Glaser. Pull one apart and see.
