Can I sell my MA purchased Preban AK to someone in MA when I live out of state now?

I purchased a new unfired Preban FEG Hungarian underfolder back in 2012 when I lived in North Attleboro. I live in WA state now and am looking to change up my collection. Can I sell this rifle back into MA given that it is preban? Don't want to put up an ad and get inundated with replies if I can't do this.

I will say as long as its genuine pre-94, then yes. But if you bought it where i think u did, dont send it there for the transfer.

Yep. It'd be on the buyer to find an FFL for you to send it to, but most wouldn't balk at a genuine preban.

I'll offer $500! Let me know and I'll call my FFL.
